Howdy there partner, my name is Tex! I'm a senior dog with a heart full of love.

My days are best spent playing in the sunshine and exploring the great outdoors. I really enjoy being outside, so a home with a fenced in yard would be the perfect place for me.

I'm a bit of an independent spirit, but I'll always be loyal to my friends. I've got a goofy side too, and I promise to keep you smiling. My biggest wish would be to have a family with adults that are home most of the time. I am not one to sit for long periods in a crate, I am a free roaming dog. As a senior, I leave items in your home alone.

If you would like to go on a walk with me, that would be wonderful. I am an eager walker. I also do well on car rides, so let's go do your errands together. 

I am looking for mellow folks who want to spend their time with me to finish up my golden years with. If you're looking for a faithful companion who loves adventure and has plenty of love to give, I'm your guy. Why not come meet me? I'm ready to start our adventures together!
