Tex is a gentle loving soul looking for his forever home. Tex is potty trained, walks gently beside you on a leash, takes treats nicely, eats meals calmy and mostly uses his inside voice. He would like a mellow home to relax and feel all the old man feels.

Tex has endured housing insecurity with past owners and needs patience in the evening when he becomes fearful and needs extra reassurances. Extra reinsurance means extra cuddling and snuggles. Tex won't cause any destruction in the home, so he coan be a free roaming dog. If you are looking for a bed buddy, Tex is your boy. But he will sleep on his bed on the floor if he can be next to you.

Once trust is built, he does love pets and to cuddle in the evenings. You will have a very favorable couch buddy. Tex's favorite thing to do is lay on the deck with his foster mom and to toss around his toys. Tex does like to rough house so would do best with older children. Tex is unfazed by dogs or other people when out on walks and just enjoys time in nature with his humans. He rides great in the car and enjoys going on errands with his foster mom.
