Meet Dog

Age: 6 months Weight: 40 pounds

Well hello there, my name is Simon, but I am not simple. In fact, I am quite the opposite. I am a dog with a lot of layers, like a parfait. My first layer is exuberance, I am full of puppy energy. At 6 months old, I have a lot of spunk. I enjoy romping in the yard with my doggie friends and playing with all of my cool toys. My next layer is being afraid of loud noises like the vacuum cleaner or the leaf blower. With the help of my fun doggie friend and my consistent treat tossing foster, I am learning that those noises are ok. Alright, layer 3. I am a very friendly boy who enjoys cuddling and rolling over on my back for belly rubs. And….layer 4, I sleep very well in my crate, I am potty trained and I like walks, but I prefer it to be out of the hubbub. 

I should mention that I am working on not being so mouthy, so older kiddos would be in my dream home. I need humans that are good with giving me plenty of treats when I am doing all my goodest things. Now you know any good parfait is more than only 4 layers. Me too! I have so much more to show you.
