Meet Minnie

Age: 2 months Weight: 5 pounds

Minnie is the perfect pet for adults and older kids. She has a heart full of energy. She loves being outside and watching all of the other animals scampering around. She would rather be around big dogs, and she has never been around cats. Minnie is afraid of loud noises/ thunder so she would like a quieter home environment. She is very spirited and playful, she loves to play tug of war and has fun throwing her toys around. When Minnie meets new people, she gets really excited, she forgets her manners, so a reminder of polite greetings will need to be reinforced. She is a spirited player, so a dog friend needs to be of equal energy. She needs to be coaxed into her crate but is fine once she gets settled in. She is still getting used to being quiet in her crate, but she is normally not a barker. She is curious, likes to be in the mix of what is going on in the family and very playful. 

Minnie’s ideal home is with other dogs that let her be standoffish at times and people who are home with her most of the day. She is a young puppy and still trying to learn what you want her to know. Time and consistency is the key to Minnie’s heart.
