Charlie is an expert at reading the room. Whether it's upbeat fun and games or a laid back mood, he knows how to fit right in. So you could say he's a social kinda guy who has yet to meet any dog or person he doesn't like. When walking on a leash, Charlie can get a bit excited when he spots a potential pal, but he can be easily redirected with - you guessed it - treats.
