Once the surrender form has been completed, a member of our volunteer team will be in touch with next steps. We will do our best to get back to you regarding your application within 5-10 business days.

Please remember, Lucky 7 is entirely run by volunteers and all of our dogs are in foster homes. This means it might take us some time to find a foster home and there is no guarantee we will be able to find placement. Thank you for your patience during this process.
